CHAD Dawson's southpaw
uppercut was part of the kit that took
the WBC light-heavyweight title away
from Tomasz Adamek in Florida at the
weekend. Bad Chad won the battle of
the undefeateds (Adamek 31-0, Dawson
22-0) in 12 hard-fought rounds. In two
title fights Adamek had edged Australia's
Paul Briggs.
