He came down from Sydney to Bendigo with trainer, Todd Makelin to cheer on young brother Davey Browne in the CYG bantamweights. It was a sheer task for Davey . . he's really a light-flyweight.

 

John Hoyne was chief steward and Scott Hosking chief organiser . . they made the Commonwealth Youth Games boxing one of the smoothest shows of the millenium.
